Meetings
Given the convenient location of The 37 in the heart of downtown Waynesville, we are excited to offer a variety of amenities to help facilitate business and economic growth. We proudly offer two meeting spaces - the Haywood Room and the Balsam Room.
The Haywood Room is meeting space that can comfortably accommodate up to 20 professionals. It is great for classroom type discussions or larger board meetings.
The Balsam Room is a beautifully appointed boardroom that has a capacity of eight professionals. This space is ideal for attorneys, CPAs, bankers and working professionals that want to meet with their clients in a private setting.
WiFi, projectors, and projector screens are available at no charge.
Events
Perfectly suited for holiday parties, retirement parties, or any other large business gatherings, the Historic Grand Ballroom will wow your colleagues & guests, and earn you a memorable impression. Maximum capacity is 351 persons.
We would love to host your next event and assist in coordinating hotel rooms for guests that decide to spend more time enjoying all that Waynesville has to offer.
Office Space
In addition to conference rooms, we also have 11 office spaces for rent on the second floor of The 37. Offices are accessed from a private entrance and are situated on a gorgeous, wide hallway that offers both stunning views and privacy from other event happenings.
